Our salad of the week is a beautiful bowl of locally sourced greens, rotating fresh toppings of different fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and legumes, served along with a house-made dressing.
The best part? It’s different each week! In an effort to reduce food waste in the kitchen and to keep the flavors interesting, we assemble our salads based on what is available seasonally and what is available and ready to be utilized in our kitchen.
